Merchandising
An expert corporate support team supplies franchisees with detailed product placement diagrams and specific updated merchandising techniques.
Inventory
Our inventory comes from our customers. Having a quality selection of inventory in the right quantities is critical to your success. We will teach you how to buy, price and sell product. Our custom POS hardware/software system makes it very easy to train new managers and staff. It will help you to buy product, price it correctly, and manage the inventory so you can maximize your profit potential.
Operations
Franchisees receive regularly updated comprehensive operations procedures used in all Clothes Mentor® stores. Twenty-four hour access to the Clothes Mentor® Intranet allows the franchisee to stay current with programs, procedures, useful tools, and training manuals.
