·      Have $300,000 net worth and $70,000 cash for a single unit

·      Have $500,000 net worth and $200,000 cash for a 3-unit agreement

·      Marketing and customer service focus

·      Will be a hands-on owner, but not necessarily owner-operator

·      Accepts the franchise model and process
